WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

The shipping origin may vary depending on product availability, inventory allocation and the delivery destination. Orders may therefore be shipped from different fulfillment locations.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Total estimated delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time. Most orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated shipping time of 10–19 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders of $39 USD or more. Orders under $39 USD are charged a standard shipping fee of $3.99 USD.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?

Customs requirements vary by country and region. Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs processing fees imposed by local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING HAS NOT UPDATED?

Tracking information may take several business days to update, especially when a package is transferred between international shipping partners.

If the tracking status has not changed for an extended period, please contact us and include your order number so we can review the available shipping information.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after order processing has started.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?

Packages may be returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package.
